ImageSuite.eu is a Micro-SaaS platform providing utilities for image resizing, metadata generation, mockups, and other art-related tasks.

Most processing is performed local-first in your browser, meaning your image data is processed on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.

Your Content: You retain 100% ownership of all images, artwork, and data you process using our tools. ImageSuite.eu claims no intellectual property rights over your content. We do not store, view, or share your high-resolution artwork.

Our Content: The ImageSuite.eu name, logo, software, design, and original content are the exclusive property of ImageSuite.eu and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

To access certain features, including higher daily limits or batch processing, you may be required to create an account.

ImageSuite.eu applies product usage limits and access tiers to keep the service fair and sustainable.

Payments: All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Subscriptions: Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled via your Account Dashboard.

EU Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with EU consumer law, by purchasing digital content or services on ImageSuite.eu, you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun, including once you use a Pro tool.

Refunds: Due to the nature of digital tools, refunds are generally not provided unless there is a technical defect that prevents the service from functioning as described.

Your privacy is our priority. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Because we utilize local-first processing, we do not have access to the images you process, which significantly reduces the risk of data exposure.

You agree not to misuse the service or use it in ways that harm the platform, other users, or third-party rights.

As Is: The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Local Processing: Since processing occurs on your device, we are not liable for any data loss, hardware damage, or browser crashes resulting from the use of our tools.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImageSuite.eu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website.

Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
