Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data ImageSuite.eu collects, why we collect it, and how our local-first architecture reduces what reaches our servers. We built these tools for creators who care about privacy as much as workflow speed.

1. Data minimization

We collect only the information that is necessary to operate ImageSuite.eu, manage account access, apply fair-usage limits, support subscriptions, and maintain service security.

In practice, this mainly means account identifiers such as your email address for authentication and basic usage counts needed to enforce anonymous, registered, or Pro access limits.

2. Data we collect

For signed-in accounts, we collect the minimum profile and authentication data required to create and maintain access, such as your email address and related account identifiers.

For product operations, we may store usage counters, subscription state, and limited service logs that help us detect abuse, apply limits, troubleshoot errors, and understand whether a feature is functioning.

3. No high-resolution image storage

High-resolution images processed through our local-first workflows do not get uploaded to or stored on our servers. Those files stay in your browser or on your own device unless a specific tool clearly says otherwise.

When a workflow is described as local-first, the source image never becomes part of our hosted storage pipeline.

4. How we use your data

We use collected data to authenticate users, maintain accounts, measure credit consumption, manage subscriptions, secure the service, and answer support or operational issues.

We do not collect more personal data than we reasonably need for those purposes.

5. Third-party services

We share data only with service providers needed to operate ImageSuite.eu. Today, those providers are Supabase for authentication and database services, and Stripe for payments, billing, and subscription management.

We do not sell personal data to advertisers, data brokers, or ad-tech networks, and we do not share image-processing data for advertising profiling.

6. Retention

We keep account, subscription, and usage-limit information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our terms.

Because high-resolution images from local-first workflows do not reach our servers, they are not part of our hosted retention model.

7. Security and local responsibility

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data stored in our hosted systems. No online service can promise perfect security, but we aim to keep our data footprint narrow by design.

You remain responsible for the security of your own device, browser, local storage, downloaded exports, and backups.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain uses of your personal data. You may also cancel a subscription at any time through the billing flow made available to you.

If you need help with a privacy request, you can reach out through the contact details published on ImageSuite.eu.

9. Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as our products, legal obligations, or service providers change. When we do, we will revise the Last Updated date on this page.

Material changes will be reflected here before they become part of our normal policy baseline.
